Window Shopping – Floor Poufs and Ottomans

I’m trying to make my living room a more modern space. I’ve painted the room a crisp white and I got a new chair. In an effort to make the space feel brand new without spending very much money, I’m on the look out for some great accessories that pack a whole bunch of style for very little cash.
I want to be able to relax and unwind at the end of the day in my living room.  I love the casual feel of flour poufs.  And many of these bring fun texture to the table as well. The gold Moroccan one is to die for, I kind of love it.
Do any of these catch your eye? What makes a space comfy to you? I think being able to put your feet up is important.

a few years ago i was able to thrift a vintage "leather" ottoman in mustard yellow… love. it was a great investment as we have used it as a footstool, extra seating, a small table and, of course, help to reach the upper shelf in the cupboard. 😉 i really like the "diy" and the "varigated grey".

Ooh, I love a great vintage find. Yours sounds like a very versatile piece of furniture. The DIY one does look like a fun thing to tackle.

I have the CB2 recycled pouf and we love it. It's been my 3 kids favorite "toy" to play with and has held up amazingly well. It's been 8 months now and still squashes right back into place.

Oh thanks, that's good to know. I can see my kiddos using a pouf as a toy as well in the future. Better the pouf then my couch I guess.
