Studio Inspiration

Now that I have a Studio, it’s time to work on a desk and office space.  I finally get to use some of the office inspiration I’ve been gathering on Pinterest.  Here’s a few of my favorite office images.
As you can see, I’m obviously drawn to mid century styled pieces.  I want my desk area to be a place that will help me be productive and efficient and I also want it to inspire me.  It’s exciting to have this space where I can express my style.  I know that my style is evolving and I’m trying to define it. What I know about my style is that I love vintage pieces, relaxed, clean interiors, monochromatic palettes, global touches, and lots of green, nature influences.
Can you clearly define your style? Are you like me in that you know what you like and dislike, but just don’t have a title and good description for it.  Maybe you can help me come up with a name for the Oleander + Palm style.

I hear ya! Most of the time is budget issues for me. But, it is fun to even take a small corner of a space you love and recreate it in your home. Doing a whole room over can be overwhelming.

That's how I feel…I like the boho style but hate tons of clutter. I fit into the southwest modern/ethnic patterns category…if that's a thing 🙂

i have a really hard time defining my style..mostly because i like so many, and as in interior designer I am constantly helping other people in different styles than my own and i fall in love with things from each style. good thing the word "eclectic" exists. so fun to follow you on this journey! if you ever need to bounce ideas for your space..i'd be happy to listen!
